Took one for a spin about a week ago. Really top notch on the inside. Wish I would've taken more video footage.

The power delivery , even though very linear, belies just how fast this car is. Damping was also excellent. Overall I was very impressed.

I have seen two Mclaren GT on the road and one in the showroom. I have to say it looks much better in real life than in photos, very low and sleek. Maybe only the front could be better. But I was surprised that it looks so much better in person.

That's also what a French magazine I read recently said - this car seems difficult to be properly pictured.

I feel the same way - I've seen the GT in person on a number of occasions now and it's much better looking than people make out. It's actually quite beautiful.

In terms of visual appeal, the GT is my favorite McLaren. Elegant, refined and subdued.
