We can both agree we can expect under 7 to 200 in those tests. Sport auto supertest should also be phenomenal.

It’s not guaranteed to be much quicker in a straight line than the 720S. There will be more drag for sure. The cars are both RWD so both will be limited by traction off the line. Top speed is 7 mph lower as claimed.

Looked carefully at the press pictures. I think it will take time getting used to the quad exhausts, I would have preferred two or three. For the rest, we are loosing in "cleanliness" what we gain in aggressiveness. That's a much different looking car but I think I like it. I much happy they didn't go for a fixed wing like the 600LT, this was my biggest fear !

40 kg of the total weight savings is from seats and wheels, both of which can be had on the 720S.

I don't quite understand how they saved 20kg on wheels. Forged Alu wheels of that size are about 10kg a piece... and Forged Mg wheels are about 20% lighter, so roughly 8kg a piece. That saves 8kg overall. To save 5kg per wheel, their Alu wheels had to be the worse wheels ever.

Someone here mentioned before that the 720 was executed only in left hand side steering wheel. On the photos (maybe they are mirrored) the steering wheel is on the right hand side. Is this specifically for the 765? And will it have a left hand steering wheel?

720S has always been available in right hand drive. Including the spider. Just saw one two weeks ago.
You're thinking of the P1 which has never been made in RHD.
