X6 Next Generation BMW X6 (Spy Pics & Info)

As I said a few weeks back, Autobild has the very first render of the FXX X6, it looks amazing in my eyes, and much better than today´s car.



SCOTT, is it accurate?.

I have not seen the final X6 yet. But I have seen the X5.
If they stay true to the E70/E71 then it will be the X5's new sportier dynamic looking style in the shape of a commanding Coupe.

I have seen some sketches detailing differing facias like they have done with the X4 but dont know whether they will pursue this course for the X6?

What is interesting is that they have used the X5 interior to showcase a new infortainment touchscreen format similar to the Vision Connected Drive. It is destined for a launch top of the range car and at a guess I would say the next 7er would be the first recipitant.
It is the touchscreen on the dash which gets a flat ledge in the passenger side and information can be relayed to the drivers HUD. via touch.
BMW are very serious with the advancements in Connected Drive, what you seen on the Concept is coming down the road.

What I really want for the X6 next gen: a real X6 and not an X5 with a different roof and back. With it's own unique shape, proportions, dimensions and interior.

More like the 3er sedan vs 3er coupe. But even more than that, with unique interior too. And not an X5 interior with kneepads.

More like the 3er sedan vs 3er coupe. But even more than that, with unique interior too. And not an X5 interior with kneepads.

What you want is really difficult I think. But I would also like to see a difference between the X5 and A6 like the one between the 5er and 6er.

BTW, it seems curvy and more diagonal shoulder line is a given in the comming BMWs. I really like that.

The new X6 could really be a looker, more so than the current one is. If they can find a way to make it even more coupe like, but giving it more rear head room, they'll be on to something. All the guesses so far look really good.

Exactly. It's like the E and CLS are only related because they both are a Mercedes. Like that, great job on that one.
