Interesting! When Tesla introduced this concept in 2012 it was crap, dangerous and a cheap solution. Now Daimler has revolutionized this concept and now it is modern, futuristic and so much better than the others.

BMW who doesnt want to spent any money on any dedicated EV platforms ("beacuse it makes no sense" according to BMW execs) has now developed a standalone architecture for a brand, that wont sell 10.000 cars a year? It's an alu platform. And BMW doesn't have an alu platform. Just for your information, the welding on alu or steel is totally different so they can not have anything in common in the production process. But obviously your knowledge on the matter is missing and that excuses your incompetent comment.

And the f'ing funniest part of this is that now all of a sudden all the MB fanboys love the design of the previous Ghost, the first and only RR sedan ever made on a BMW platform. Oh, the irony.....
