Z-car [Official] Nissan 370Z

The Nissan Z-series is a model series of sports cars manufactured by Nissan since 1969. The original Z was first sold on October of 1969 in Japan as the Nissan Fairlady Z at Nissan Exhibition dealerships that previously sold the Nissan Bluebird. It was initially marketed as the Datsun 240Z for international customers. The most recent is simply known as the Nissan Z, in production since 2022.
What happened to the front bumper?? And those tailights don't look good at all. Yikes :eusa_doh:

Wow... they really managed to f*** up a great looking car!

Head and tail lights look horrible! Rims are mega lame! :eusa_doh:

IMO they have done a teriffic job. I like it alot, my only objection is the center console which looks very out of place. Not very sporty.

Never liking the original porker myself, this new car manages to retain the fatty image of the previous car while infusing some Maxima styling cues. Overall it's not bad but I'll pass. It's too boy racer for me anyway.

IMO, this is a direct recreation of the original Z car. Nissan has gone back to the original forumla, and the new 370z looks to have the proportion and the dimentions of the original car.

There are strong retro touches in the styling, eg the front grill, side window shape. I can see a hint of Veyron in those massive rear wheel arches. If only those designers didn't mess with the front and rear lights.

I'll take this Datsun over the new Z. The headlights and tailights look terrible. They look somewhat acceptable on a Maxima because that car is big and kind of blockish, but on a car that's all smoothed out like this, looks like a disaster to me :t-crazy2:

I like it - I have the sneaking suspicion that it's going to look fab in the flesh and on the road. The pert, truncated rear is better than the longer, awkwardly shaped rear end of the outgoing car. And, of course, it's going to be a stunner to drive...

Yeah, not perfect but I'd probably have one.

Never liked the new Z (Z-33) but, I must say I always loved every little bit of the last Z, the Z-32 (300-Zx) :usa7uh: ...!

Anybody 350 owners dismissing the 370 as "Cute and Girly" are drinking their own Kool-aid. This is a solid evolution of the Z that brings more fluid curve and more "new edge" to the styling table. What's great is - like Monster said - the proportions have been brought back to the car's roots –*the front overhang is much more attractive than the current 350 and conveys a feeling of fluid aggression. There's also a nod to the GTR in the greenhouse, with its "stiff roof" look and sharp angles.

Also of note is the "swoosh" of the headlights and taillights. This styling detail has been seen on the new Maxima and the all-new Prius that's coming next year. Looks like "swooshes" are the new body swage crease.

Totally agreed. It's also supposed to be the plateform for the future 2010 Alpine Renault 210 RS. This kind of shape is not far from the original A110 Berlinette. (would have prefered the 310... but I feel really alone with this opinion...)

Minus the lights,i like it a lot!!

I think it's gonna be like the GT-R first i didn't like how it looked but loved it after seeing it IRL and i'm sure this one is no exception and the driving experience is gonna be awesome:D
